The mission was to see young aspiring entrepreneurs who had the potential to disrupt the status quo participate in a unique opportunity to strengthen their entrepreneurial skills through workshops on design thinking, sales, pitching and business strategies. Beneficiaries of the program included young entrepreneurs across Botswana, Lesotho, Kenya, Swaziland, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
Fast forward to the first few months in 2020, Pawa Africa was appointed as the lead implementation partner for All4Youth SSA. A project initiative which had Pawa Africa’s leaders heart and drive to work on community shifting projects with leading organizations. Over time the organization shaped its niche to projects focused on youth, entrepreneurs and women and PAWA Africa’s leadership has been able to distinguish itself as the problem-solving implementation partner behind successful brands such as All4YOUth Sub Saharan Regional Alliance and the AFAWA #FundHer program. The powerhouse organization it is today, passionate about helping businesses build solutions connected to people and sustainable change and are leading experts in specialized project management services for youth, women & entrepreneurship ecosystems.
